	White loses after h7, as black takes, exchanges the rooks, and plays c2. Black can take his time to come to the aid of the pawns, neither of which can be taken.

	none Of course, I have neant 2...Kg5, Sorry for stupid typo. After 1.h7 b2 2.Rh6+ Kg5 3.Rb6 black can't play 3...c2 as now white promotes and mates as the first (as black is not promoting with check here like in case of 1.h7 b2 2.h8=Q?? b1=Q+ -+). Black must play 3...Rxh7 now and after 4.Kxc3 draw is apparent.
