Alexander Morozevich won Poikovsky-2014 super tournament undefeated.

Earlier Chairman of the Russian Chess Federation has confirmed in an interview to R-Sport that Alexander Grischuk (2792, #3 on the world on the live ratings), Vladimir Kramnik (2783, #6), Sergei Karjakin (2771.4, #9) and Peter Svidler (2753, #12) will be playing for Russia at the Chess Olympiad in Tromso in August. According to the ratings, the most likely candidates for the remaining 5th spot on the team are Nikita Vitiugov (2742, #18), Dmitry Jakovenko (2735.7, #21), Alexander Morozevich (2731.3, #22), Ian Nepomniactchi (2730, #23) and Dmitry Andreikin (2722, #30). It will be a hard choice to make!
