White should heed Alekhine's famous words: "ATTACK! ATTACK! 1.Ra1! QxB 2.Rxa7 Qxf2+ 3.Kh1 and Black is helpless against the threatened mate.

Of course, after 1.Ra1! Black could reply with 1. ... Qd5 2.Rxa7 Rd7 3.Qh8+ Ke7 4.QxR RxR 5.BxN bxB 6.Qxc3 etc. But in a Rapid chess Black could have fallen to 1. ... QxB?
