The Boxing Match

http://www.pogonina.com/images//chessbox.jpg

The excitement grew as the crowd waited for the boxing match to commence. Fred 'the Needle' - so called because of his ferocious jab -  glared across the ring at his opponent Brutal Ben. Everyone thought it was an even match, however, the contest lasted only eight consecutive punches, four from each man, the last punch knocking the other man out cold.

(1)   Fred's left jab was three punches after Ben's left uppercut.

(2)   Ben threw his right jab two punches before Fred delivered a right hook.

(3)   At one point during the exchange it was Fred, Fred again, then Ben, then Fred.

(4)   Fred's right uppercut was three punches before Ben's left hook.

(5)   Ben's right to the body was sometime after Fred's left to the body.

In what order were the eight punches thrown and who won?

If i make up a sequence where x is the unknown, (B or F), and try to fit them without changing the sequences...
(1) B1.x.x.x.F1
(2) B2.x.x.F2
(3) F.F.B.F
(4) F3.x.x.x.B3
(5) F4. . .B4

Combine 1 and 4 in all possible ways without changing the sequences:
B1.x.x.F3.F1.x.x.B3
OR
B1.x.F3.x.F1.x.B3.x
OR
B1.F3.x.x.F1.B3.x.x

its the 3rd one! Why? Dont ask..dont ask. . .
Its long and boring.
Then i try to fit the other sequence parts:
B1.F3.F?.B2.F1.B3.F2.x
here,
F? Can only be F4 and x is obviously B4,which satisfies "(5)"

ANSWER:
1) Ben's Left Uppercut
2) Fred's Right Uppercut
3) Fred's left to the body
4) Ben's Right Jab
5) Fred's Left Jab
6) Ben's Left Hook
7) Fred's Right Hook
8) Ben's right to the body
Then. . .
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Ben was the winner
