I think Mr. Testa has found it: 1.g4. Let's see its basic ramifications
in the eyes of ordinary chessplayers, like you and me.
A. 1.g4 Ng3 2.RxB NxR 3.Qh6 threatening Bf6.
B. 1.g4 Ng7 2.RxB dxR 3.Qh6 again threatening Bf6.
C. 1.g4 f5 2.RxB (The Bishop on e5 is key to Black's defences,
so it must be eliminated) dxR 3.Qh6 e4 etc. leaving tons of
play for further analysis :)

Qf2. This move puts black on the defensive and possibly on track to lose the game.
