Sweden is now a regulated market, which means that as a player you can only play at casinos with a license. See all regulated casinos in Sweden by Mr casinova.
1) Sub-pages of popular portals (like Yahoo Chess, Pogo.com Chess, etc.) are not listed.
2) Popularity is not always correlated with quality. Some great, but not popular enough chess websites are not listed.
3) Rankings may be incomplete due to an enormous number of chess websites that exist in the world & language barriers. Should you discover an unlisted chess website that fits in the top-20 category, please let us know.

Cool! 30+ years ago, I played a few games of post-card cernospordence chess and had some fun. I was never a particularly good tournament player, but I still enjoy an occasional game. A few years ago I drew a friendly game with a master. Well he had a master rating, once, but in any case he is by far the strongest opponent I ever drew against. He was distracted and I got lucky ;-) Anyhow, looks like the time limits can be pretty liberal on that site, so I might be willing to try it out.
