White wins
If Black captures, white wins on the next move.
The only move that makes sense is Ra8, but then the white King will simply give way to the pawn, and it's a win for white as well.

White wins
when black plays ...A8 the white king stays in front of the pawn and wins.
if black plays ...Ra6, Rd6 RXR, KXR the king is next to the pawn and Black draws???
i don't know if rook and king can win without opposition... i am a real novice. iam at work so i cannot play it, without a board, to find out.

White wins
1...Ra8 is a draw, if I remember correctly. 2.Rd6 Kg6! If 3.Kd7 then Kf6 4.e7+ Kf7= and if 3.Rd8 Ra7+ 4.Ke8 (4.Rd7 Ra8 5.Kd6+ Kf6 6.Rf7+ Kg6=) Kf6=.
