This is one of the variations of the Dragon. What is the evaluation of the position? How would you play with White?

First of all, I thought about 1.h5 but some variations looked dark and hazy to me so I decided that I should first check if there wasn't an easier solution and I remembered reading about Nimzovich and the outposts. White has occupied the d5 outpost and has provoked the d6 weakening but on 1.Bb3?? there's 1...a4! winning but I think 1.Bb7! might work. Black has only two moves. I)1....Rc7 2.Ba6! and Black will lose his d6 pawn II)1...Rb8 2.Ba6!! A)2...Qb6? 3.Qxd6 winning a pawn B)2....Rb6? 3.Qxa5! winning
