A poster with Magnus Carlsen's signature On April 8 World Chess Champion Magnus Carlsen has visited the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, one of the best and most prestigious Russian universities. The Q & A session with Magnus was hosted by Tina Kandelaki Magnus played a simul against 13 students of the university and a journalist from RSport Aisa Imeeva (4th year student, FIDE 2077) was fortunate enough to earn half a point Sergey Trofimov (graduate student, FIDE 2399 - Kasparov wouldn't have been happy) made a draw as well The last person to hold Carlsen to a draw was freshman Arman Geivondian (FIDE 2220). All the people who drew Carlsen have received memorable gifts (chessboards with the World Chess Champion's autographs). The other 10 students and the journalist have lost their matches.
