A. I think the best continuation for Black is 1. ... Rh4+ 2. gxR (If 2. Kg1 Rh1+ 3.KxR Be4 etc.) 2. ... Be4 4.Ra7+ Kh8 5.Ra8+ Kh7 6.Ra7+ Bg7 7.Kh2 BxQ 8.RxB Qxc2+ 9.Kh3 Qe4 10.Rg3 Qh1+ 11.Kg4 Qe4+ (Not 11. ... Kg6?! 12.h5+ Qxh5+ 13.Kf4+) 12.Kh3 Qh1+ drawn. B. The threat of Qf8+ (if Black's Bishop moves) forces Black to act swiftly without losing a tempo, hence 1. ... Rh4+. Otherwise, White will have good chances to turn the table and with best play even win the game.

Sorry, my previous analysis is full of inaccuracies: (a) (If 2.Kg1 Rh1+ is a lemon. 3.QxR! Qxg3+ 4.Qg2) (b) (Not 11. ... Kg6?! 12.h5+ is another lemon. 12.Kf4+) What an aweful analysis!
